Around the river

A few steps from our cottages, in collaboration with Patou Bateaux, there are opportunities for canoeing for beginners between Vallon Pont d'Arc and Saint Martin d'Ardèche. The initiation course, 8km in the gorges of the Ardèche, allows you to test the practice of canoeing while discovering the river and its wonders. Excellent exercise before descending the gorges of the Ardèche on 1 or 2 days with bivouac.

The descent of the gorges over several days: from 24 to 45 km descent of the gorges of the Ardèche.

To make a great descent of the gorges, it is possible to leave either the Pont d'Arc or Châmes.
You will need 5 to 7 hours to complete the route along the gorge. This canoe trip is possible on a day.
For lovers of long canoe kayak trips, a 2-day descent with a bivouac in the heart of the gorges is an unforgettable adventure.
